Holy rumor mill

I didn’t get a chance to check my mail until lunch time today and I was amazed at the sheer volume of alert emails I’ve received saying that “sources” are saying that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are ready to adopt a baby, another girl from Africa. Unfortunately, none of these sources are reputable yet - for instance, there’s no word from People on this.

It’s insane the way the rumor mill grinds these stories out. First everyone is swearing that Angelina is pregnant, and then when that doesn’t work, they all turn around and decide Angie and Brad are adopting. I’m amazed anyone can keep up. If the couple ever read the tabloids, they’d probably be exhausted over all the things they’re “supposedly” doing.
