Zak Efron appears on the cover of the upcoming Details magazine, and I must say that he looks much better without that awful fringe cut framing his face. In fact, he actually has a jawline and cheekbones underneath all of that usual mess.

Michael of Dlisted still refers to Efron as the “Cover Girl” de jour:

Who’s that lovely lady on January/February’s Detail Magazine It’s that little twinkie, Zac Efron. He actually has a touch of masculinity. Just a touch. I think they had to Photoshop make-up OFF of him, because he never leaves home with full foundation and eyelashes.

All six of the High School Musical stars have officially signed on for High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Productions announced Monday. Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and Lucas Grabeel will star in the third and final installment, a feature film.

In this exciting finale to the HSM trilogy . . . Gabriella (Hudgens) dumps Troy (Efron) after he is caught frolicking with Ryan (Grabeel) in the boys’ locker room.
