Amy Winehouse won’t be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards next week as scheduled.

The 23-year-old is currently “recovering” from a big fight last week with her husband Blake in St. Lucia.

Universal Republic Records said in a statement, “In a continued effort to support Amy Winehouse’s well being, in addition to the postponement of her U.S. tour, all other U.S. appearances have been canceled.”

Amy OD’d on August 8 and has been in and out of rehab ever since.

Meanwhile, her parents and in-laws have been doing daily interviews with the British press begging the couple to stop doing drugs.
