Celebrity suck-up OK! magazine has been paying Larry Birkhead to pimp out his baby daughter Dannielynn, but something has apparently gone very wrong.

The mag had an exclusive $1.7 million deal with the famous babbydaddy and was set to publish pics of her first birthday in a few weeks.

Now according to editor-in-chief Sarah Ivens, they have dumped Larry because of his shady dealings with Anna Nicole’s lawyer/companion/stooge Howard K. Stern.

A new book is about to be published by Rita Cosby that apparently claims the two men stuck a backroom deal to share the profits from their mealticket Dannielynn.

Ivens said in a statement yesterday, “My biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all.”

Isn’t that why Larry’s lawyer Debra Opri quit - because he was negotiating with Howard

According to the mag’s flack, “The newly obtained allegations are detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating. It makes it impossible for OK!, in good conscience, to promote this family’s highly questionable relationship in our pages.”

So now OK! is taking the moral high road Puh-leeze. Next week’s issue will dish all the dirty details.
