The war between Lindsay Lohan’s parents continues.

This time her father Michael’s lawyer has fired of a letter to his ex-wife Dina, slamming her for shacking up with her boozing boyfriend.

The two are currently involved in a nasty custody battle and Michael is furious with Dina for allowing boyfriend Jim McMillan around his kids.

His lawyer, John DiMascio wrote, “During my client’s telephone calls with the children, he has overheard Mr. McMillan in the background making inappropriate comments. On a more disturbing note, it appears that Mr. McMillan was inebriated.”

Ex-jailbird Michael claims he is now on the straight and narrow after finding Jesus behind bars.

He tells the New York Post, “Jim McMillan should not be in the presence of my children - especially when I’m being kept from them. He is no example, nor is he a substitute father.”

According to the paper, Dina did not return calls for comment.

Meanwhile, Lindsay is hoping the third time is the charm and is reportedly in rehab in Utah, far, far away from her family on Long Island.
