US Magazine is running a story in their latest issue about new mother Trista Sutter’s diet and exercise plan. In case you didn’t know (and I didn’t - I had to look her up online!) Trista was the one in the 2003 run of The Bachelorette that ended up marrying her bachelor of choice at the end of the show.

The article talks about how Trista - who gave birth three months ago - is trying to lose the last of her baby weight. She immediately lost 15 pounds after giving birth but wants to lose more. Her goal? To fit into size 26 designer jeans and get down to 106 pounds. Her current stats are: 5′2, 116 pounds in a size 4.

This is a bit interesting because of the fact that Trista - at a 21.2 BMI which is well within average (even on the low side) - wants to go even thinner. Usually these articles are about people who really are overweight wanting to lose.

Personally, I think there is nothing wrong with her wanting to go lower, as her goal weight will still be within “average”. But I’m curious to see what you all think…
