According to the 2004 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Award results, 93 percent of MINI owners are “very orcompletely satisfied” with their MINIs. 44 different vehicle attributes are examined in the study, and the MINI rockedthe house in the following categories: image, front seat roominess, braking, handling, gas mileage, instrument layout,controls, visibility, price, etc. All told, MINI won 17 of 44 areas when compared to other European marques, especiallysignificant because MINI has the lowest price of all European brands in the survey. MINI also wiped the floor with itscompetition in the “bloody cheekiness” category.
