An awesome review of the new Lotus Elise is in today’s USA Today. James R. Healey actually points out all the realworld problems one might expect with such a high-performance car. These are the attributes that are missing completelyfrom the enthusiast publications. Of course he also explains that the car is an absolute blast to drive. The only thingI was totally shocked by is that Healey describes getting into the Elise as if the doors are fixed and don’t open. Ihaven’t read one mention of that elsewhere maybe it’s just a confusing bit of editing. Autoblog readers?
