Good old reliable Reuters is saying that the Chrysler Group is facing large recall numbers for some popular 2002minivans. A problem within the audio system, when used during the summer, can lead to combustion. Three fires havingbeen reported, all during hot weather driving with the radio on. Over 400,000 vehicles will be sucked back in andexamined, which could prompt an official safety recall sanctioned by the NHTSA. Chrysler also warns that the stero maynot react kindly to CDs from Boy Sets Fire, The Fiery Furnaces, and Hot Hot Heat.
