These AVM machines will be available in Los Angeles.

Starting on Monday, people who have medical conditions such as glaucoma, cancer, and the deadly not-stoned-enough virus can start getting their fat buds from special “AVMs.”

These electronic drug dealers won’t be out on the street next to a Pepsi machine, of course. No, they’ll be “housed in standalone rooms, abutting two dispensaries and protected by round-the-clock security guards.”

To use them, you’ll need to go with a prescription in hand, get fingerprinted and get a prepaid credit card that’s loaded up with your dosage and what strain of weed you want.

Yeah, no joke, the pharmacists in LA give you a choice between OG Kush and Granddaddy Purple. In the future, the machines may also be outfitted to sell other popular drugs such as Viagra, Vicodin and Propecia. Combine all four for a really interesting night that’ll also slowly grow your hair back!

Tori Spelling is pregnant again. Entertainment Tonight is confirming In Touch Weekly’s scoop that Tori Spelling is expecting her second baby. The actress and husband Dean McDermott already has one son, Liam, who turns one year old in March. And it looks like we’ll get to check out Tori’s baby bump on the tube; Tori & Dean: Still Inn Love will hit the Oxygen Network later this year.

Jessica Simpson is fighting mad about an OK! magazine article about her relationship with Tony Romo — and she’s called in the dogs — aka, her lawyers.

Jess is pissed over an article titled “Jessica Dumped!” that appeared in the February 4 issue of the mag. The article claims Tony dumped Jessica after his team was eliminated from the NFL playoffs. Simpson’s attorneys say the article is “utterly false” and “is based on nothing more than rumor, gossip and innuendo.” The article also claims Jessica’s sister Ashlee has attempted to “distance herself” from her sis. The lawyers say that’s B.S. too.

Simpson’s lawyers have sent a letter to OK!’s Editor-in-Chief, Sarah Ivens, claiming OK!’s article is bogus, adding that Jess and Tony are still together and that Ashlee and Jessica remain close. The attorneys say the article reflects a “smear campaign” and has subjected Simpson to “public contempt, ridicule, aversion or disgrace.”

The lawyers want OK! to “immediately publish a prominent and unambiguous” retraction.

We are now getting a clearer idea of the relationship between the world-famous Olsen Twins and the mysterious death of actor Heath Ledger. Heath and Mary- Kate Olsen were engaged in a “Friends with Benefits” relationship for over three months, PEOPLE Magazine reports. “Mary-Kate made him laugh a lot.”

“Mary-Kate and Heath were casually dating for three months before Heath’s death,” a source has told PEOPLE. “They were hooking up, but neither were particularly interested in making it exclusive.”

“They had a bond that was based on partying, and they had the same tastes in partying … like, in terms of where they liked to hang out in New York, what time they would want to go out. They just had the same sensibility.”

A confederation of internet users (possibly originating at the message board 4chan, but soon consisting of YTMND members, Something Awful members, Digg users, and on and on) called “Anonymous” has declared war on Scientology.

This all started with Scientology’s latest legal battle to force Gawker to take down a video of Tom Cruise acting like a nutter at a Scientology event.

Anonymous released a video giving the Scientology organization a heads up that war was being declared:

It’s hard to watch that without being reminded of Jennifer Connolly humiliating herself in “Requiem for a Dream”, but once you get past the music choice it’s a pretty interesting watch.

The Anonymous group has, for the past few days, been using denial of service attacks on Scientology websites, hosting secret Scientology documents, making prank calls, and just altogether being nuisances whenever possible with regards to Scientology.

This is a redoubling of efforts from the Anonymous group, who have been harassing Scientology for some time now. The Church issued a $5,000 bounty for information leading to the identification of Anonymous members months ago.

It would be awfully ironic if the Scientologists relentless celeb recruiting is what ultimately ends up biting them in the ass. The internet tends to have a short attention span, so it’s hard to say how long this will go on, but I for one am rooting for Anonymous.

I’m not surprised that people are already making inappropriate comments about the death of Heath Ledger. Tragedy really brings out the idiots. I’m tackier than tacky, but even I know when it’s time to shut the yapper. John Gibson of FoxNews takes the cake though. ThinkProgress has audio of this fool making jokes. John played a clip from “Brokeback Mountain” where Jake Gyllenhaal says “I wish I knew how to quit you.” The ever-clever John responded with, “Well he found out how to quit you.” He goes>weirdo” with a “serious drug problem” and then says it’s a “terrible thing.” Ok, if you’re going to be an ass, be a fucking ass. Don’t act like you care or you have any concern.

John didn’t stop there. Throughout his entire show he kept talking about it even when the topic was>Thanks Sarah

With Martin Scorsese’s Rolling Stones doc, Shine a Light, booked to play theaters in April, I find myself much more interested in Ruby Tuesday, an animated film from Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, the writers of the Beatles musical Across the Universe, that will utilize the Stones’ music in a similar fashion.

“We wrote an animated film before the strike that features the music of The Rolling Stones,” says Clement on Movieweb. “Obviously, that is not just a kiddy film. You can’t do The Stones, and think it will just be for kids. We hope that will get made in the next couple of years.”

Adds Frenais…

“The film was supposed to start next month. It is called Ruby Tuesday. It is going to be CGI. It will be interesting. The animation is actually going to be done in Paris. It will be some pretty hip animation. It is amazing how many French animators work at Dreamworks. When we were doing Flushed Away, we were over there. It was like a foreign campus.”

The film’s title derives from the eponymous hit single, about a charmingly quixotic and possibly tragic groupie, by the Rolling Stones from their 1966 album Between the Buttons. Whether the main character in the film, a single mother searching for happiness in New York City, was a groupie at some point in her life is unknown, but the writers say that while the film will be “edgier” than most American-released animation today, it’s not R-rated fare a la Ralph Bakshi’s Fritz the Cat and Heavy Traffic.

It’s about time the Rolling Stones, whose contributions and influence to film are not slight, had their own Yellow Submarine, don’t you think
